No matter what therapy you choose, each session will be entirely tailored to you. Before our first session we'll chat through what you'd like to get out of the treatment and how I can help, making sure we check in ahead of each subsequent session.

I can offer a range of treatment lengths from express at 30 minutes, to a longer 60 minute session: you choose.

A complete head-to-toe treatment combining gentle, rhythmic strokes and kneading techniques to release muscular tension and calm the nervous system. Ideal for deep relaxation and improved circulation.

Full Body Swedish Massage: 60 mins £50

Reflexology is a gentle therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond to every organ, gland, and system in the body. By applying carefully guided pressure to these reflex points, each treatment will help to encourage deep relaxation and reduce stress, support the body’s natural healing processes, improve circulation and balance energy, and promote overall health and wellbeing

Reflexology: 45 mins £45

Concentrates on the back, shoulders, arms, and neck to reduce stiffness and restore upper-body comfort. Perfect for those carrying daily stress across the shoulders and neck.

Upper Body Massage: 45 mins £40

Targets tired or overworked legs and feet with firm, flowing strokes to improve circulation and reduce soreness — great for runners, gym-goers, or anyone on their feet all day.

Legs & Feet Massage: 30 mins £25 or 45 mins £40

A deeply soothing massage focusing on the scalp, temples, and neck. Encourages relaxation, relieves tension headaches, and helps quiet a busy mind.

Head, Neck & Scalp Massage: 45 mins £40

A beautiful flowing massage that addresses areas of tension and inspires deep relaxation covering neck, shoulders, scalp and face. No oils are used in this massage

I do ask for 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment, failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50%. Full fee will be charged if you do not attend your appointment and have not been in touch to cancel.
